Jytte is a series of gluten-free flour and semolina based on naturally gluten-free ingredients. Modern products that are tailored for celiacs, allergy sufferers or others who want to live gluten-free. What the products have in common is that they are rich in fibre, iron, protein, minerals and vitamins. Jyttemjøl is ground at the gluten-free mill at Vang farm in Toten. It is Camilla Rostad who is the 3rd generation who runs and owns the family business Holmen Crisp AS. Our ambition is to convey food culture through real and natural products based on local and carefully selected raw materials.
