Valsoia is an Italian brand known for its plant-based range in ice cream, drinks, yoghurt, desserts and meat substitutes. Valsoia produces in 100 % milk-free environments, and is the market leader in plant-based products in Italy. In Norway, Valsoia is best known for its vegan gelato. Gelato was originally developed in Italy and differs from ice cream in that it contains less air and less fat. The gelato therefore has a more compact consistency and is often served at a higher temperature - which gives a more intense taste experience.
