Two tasty Fria news for everyone who lives gluten-free!

This autumn, Fria is launching two exciting novelties!

Fria Havrerundstykker are baked to the same well-known recipe as Fria Havrebrød, which is Norway's best-selling gluten-free bread in the freezer.

The rolls cover other eating occasions than the bread and are great for packed lunches, on trips or for breakfast at home. One bag contains four juicy rolls baked with fiber-rich oats. The product is keyhole marked and has two cakes on the roughness scale. The rolls are good as they are, but even better heated.

The product is gluten, lactose and milk protein free. You will find Free Oat Rounds in the gluten-free freezer in selected Joker, Kiwi, Spar, Meny and Bunnpris stores.

Another tasty product that will be launched in September is Fria Bowls with raisins. The bag consists of four classic bowls of raisins with the delicious taste of cardamom. The product has been developed for the Norwegian market, which loves yeast baking. The buns are good as they are, but even better heated. The product is gluten, lactose and milk protein free.
