Jensen & Co AS takes over sales and marketing of Hervik berry juice and jam in the grocery market

Jensen & Co is pleased to present a new brand to its portfolio, namely Hervik.

Berry juice and jam under the Hervik brand have been produced by the family business since 1939. Production still takes place in the small town of Hervik in Ryfylke, and is owned and operated by the 3rd generation of the Romseland family at Tor. Jensen & Co will help build the brand in Norwegian grocery and market the products to the consumer. Hervik fits well into Jensen & Co's portfolio as both parties focus on food enjoyment and natural products. Jensen is proud to strengthen its Norwegian investment.

Central to the family in Hervik is to take care of the tradition of naturally good products that taste like home-made, and all Hervik's products are therefore without preservatives. «At Hervik, we make jam and berry juice the old-fashioned way, the way our grandmother did it at home in the kitchen.", says Tor. «We only use what is mild and gentle, such as lactic acid to bring out the fresh and natural berry taste.
