Bonne Maman was founded in a small village located in a beautiful region in the southwest of the French countryside. Bonne Maman is today one of the world's most famous jams, and they are represented in 120 countries worldwide.
The secret of Bonne Maman is very simple – the ingredients. They use only natural ingredients and the finest fruit and berries for the jam, which is made with love and care. We are concerned that our products should be as natural as possible, and we therefore never use preservatives, artificial flavorings or artificial colourings.
To retain the natural flavors and generous chunks, we cook our jam slowly as we always have. This gives a thick and velvety consistency where you can clearly both see and feel the pieces of the fruit and berries. The taste is the most important thing for us. We have therefore chosen to sweeten our jams with natural sugar, and do not use fructose or concentrated fruit juice as we believe this affects the taste.
