GG Lin- & sunflower seeds
Good and crispy bran bread with 28% fiber content. The klibrød is made from only Norwegian ingredients and baked in the bakery in Larvik. It is based on wheat bran, linseed and sunflower seed. A good and healthy alternative to regular crisp bread.
Wheat bran
- The outer layer of the grain; the seed coat and the outer layers of the kernel
- Contains 50-60% fiber and is the most important source of dietary fiber in the Norwegian diet
- Contains insoluble fiber and contributes to good digestion and prevents disease
Linseed
- Rich in polyunsaturated fatty acids, folate, calcium, potassium, magnesium and some iron
- Good source of natural antioxidants and dietary fibre
Sunflower seeds
- Good source of protein, polyunsaturated fatty acids and vitamin E, folate and a number of minerals
- Provides good taste and chew resistance
